Geevor Tin Mines Ltd

Geevor Tin Mines Ltd was formed in 1911, reorganising an earlier company set up by the West Australian Gold Fields Ltd, and went on to absorb several neighbouring Cornish mines including Levant. The 1985 collapse in world tin prices forced its closure in 1990; the site reopened as a museum in 1993.
