Pentwyn and Golynos Company

A Monmouthshire ironworks company which owned the Cwmnantddu (later Llanerch) colliery at the time of the 1849 explosion. Its works at Pentwyn and Golynos were among the ironworks of the Eastern Valley that took coal from collieries of this kind.
