Lord Hatherton

Staffordshire landowner (the Littleton family, styled Baron Hatherton from 1812) who organised the sinking of Littleton's productive No.2 shaft from 1897 after an earlier attempt by the Cannock and Huntingdon Colliery Company had flooded.
