Llynvi Iron Company

Ironmaster company that built the Maesteg ironworks and sank Gin Pit on its site in the early 1840s to supply it with coal and ironstone. Possibly the same firm, under an earlier name, as the already-recorded Llynfi Coal and Iron Company (llynfi-coal-and-iron-company) — not confirmed by a source and not merged on that inference alone.
