Lincoln Stone Quarries

Quarrying company that bought the Greetwell site once the ironstone was worked out in the late 1930s and raised limestone there, much of it for aerodrome runways. It brought in a reconditioned Ruston and Hornsby diesel locomotive before changing to lorry haulage about 1944. No further company detail has been found.
