Keswick Granite Company

The Keswick Granite Company was formed in 1936 by amalgamating the Threlkeld Granite Co with the Cumberland Granite Co of Embleton, and continued working the Threlkeld quarry (closed 1937, reopened 1949) until its final closure in 1982.
