Jack and Stan Eidson

Brothers who quarried Moss Rake for calcite after lead working had ended; Stan lived on site in a large Nissen hut until a stone-fall injury around 1968 led him to sell his share to Jack, and the site closed after Jack's death in the early 1970s.
