MineArchiveBullcroft Main Colliery Ltd.
Formed as the Bullcroft Colliery Company in April 1908 to sink the colliery at Carcroft, it traded under this name until 1940 and built four hundred houses at Carcroft for its workforce. In 1940 it merged with Brodsworth, Hickleton, Markham Main and Yorkshire Main to form Doncaster Amalgamated Collieries Ltd.
