MineArchiveBrodsworth Main Colliery Company
Joint venture between the Hickleton Main Colliery Company and the Staveley Coal and Iron Company, formed to sink and work Brodsworth Colliery from 1905. Operated the colliery until 1937, when it was absorbed into Doncaster Amalgamated Collieries Ltd as part of a wider rationalisation of South Yorkshire coal ownership.
