Bewerley United Lead and Barytes Mining Company

Formed in 1887 to work the Stony Grooves and Merryfield mines, and later buyer of the mineral rights; it probably laid out the surviving dressing floors at Low Stony Grooves, and wound up in 1889 when the cost of draining the lower levels ended the working.
