A South Wales company, a subsidiary of David Davis and Sons Ltd incorporated in 1906 with its headquarters at Cambrian Buildings, Cardiff, which sank the two shafts at Coedely from 1901 and joined the Monmouthshire and South Wales Coal Owners Association.
