The Vogrie Coal and Fire Clay Co. Ltd, formed in 1893 with £20,000 capital to take over the Vogrie Colliery Company's business at Gorebridge; in liquidation from 1895 and dissolved after 1898.

Successor to	Vogrie Colliery Company — Formed in 1893 to acquire and conduct the business of the Vogrie Colliery Company.
