Robert Mushet

A metallurgist better known for his steelmaking work in the Forest of Dean, who took on and renamed Nant-y-Cagal as 'Eaglebrook' around 1850, promoting it to investors as 'the Welsh Potosi' -- a claim a contemporary critic publicly dismissed as fraudulent.
