A South Wales tinplate and steel firm that expanded aggressively between the wars, buying the Ebbw Vale business in 1935 and with it the Irthlingborough mine. It extended the main tunnel through to the Finedon quarries in 1938, joining two separate takes into one underground system. It merged with Baldwins Ltd in 1945.
