Neath Abbey Coal Company
Formed in the early 1800s by the owners of the Neath Abbey Ironworks, Quakers who leased the Dyffryn estate minerals in 1806; it sank the Pwll Mawr and Bryncoch pits between 1806 and 1810 and held Bryncoch again in 1869.
