Coalmasters of Galston in Ayrshire, owners of Maxwood Colliery and of the two Maxwood Rows described by the Royal Commission on Housing in Scotland in 1913. Maxwood was the last pit working in Galston when it closed in 1933. Nothing further is recorded of the company or the person.
