Ince Hall Coal and Cannel Company

The company that worked the Arley and cannel pits at Ince, a mile east of Wigan by the Leeds and Liverpool Canal, in the mid-nineteenth century, under general manager James Darlington; its Arley Pit exploded in 1853 and 1854.
