Haytor Consols

Tin mining company formed in 1851 which brought Hemsworthy, Bagtor and Crownley Parks, with the Wheal Somerset, Ilsington and Teignmouth setts, under one management on south-east Dartmoor. It sank the engine shaft at Hemsworthy and built the tramway to dressing floors at Crownley Parks, and is recorded in business until about 1856.
