MineArchiveGovernor and Company of Copper Miners in England
The chartered company which owned the copper and tinplate works at Cwmavon in the Afan valley and the five collieries, Ynisdavid among them, worked to fuel them. Its successors were trading as the English Copper Company by the later 1870s.
