George and William Schofield

Returned in the 1914 List of Mines as the owners of Egton Quarry at Grosmont, then working whinstone with two men employed. Almost certainly the Schofield family firm of Grosmont that appears as Schofield & Sons at the Goathland whinstone mine; not merged because the two returns name the concern differently and nothing on record links them in terms.
