Craig, Taylor and Craig

The Leeswood Main Colliery Co., owned by William Craig, Henry Taylor and William Wright Craig, which worked the Flue Pit at Leeswood until the inundation of December 1864. All three were charged with the manslaughter of the eight men drowned; the grand jury at the Flintshire Assizes found no bill in April 1865.
