Bowes Cross Mining Company

Returned in the 1888 List of Mines as the owner of the Bowes Cross mine at Bowes in the North Riding. Like many of the small ventures in that return the company took its name from the ground it worked, and no further detail about it has been found in the sources consulted for this record.
